ooba Home Loans Bloemfontein provides home loan origination services as an independent ooba franchise. Our service is provided free of charge to the applicant. We act as an intermediary between home loan applicants and registered South African banks and credit providers.

We earn a commission from the bank that successfully approves your bond. This commission forms part of the bank's standard cost of doing business and is not added to your loan amount, interest rate or monthly repayment in any way. Using our service does not obligate you to proceed with any application or accept any offer.

3. Calculator Disclaimer

All calculators provided on this Site, including but not limited to the affordability calculator, bond repayment calculator, amortisation calculator, extra payments calculator, deposit savings calculator and bond and transfer cost calculator, are provided for indicative and informational purposes only.
